Two years ago, in 2014, Republican voters not only returned their ballots much earlier than Democrats and progressive voters, but they took advantage of mail-in ballots so much more than we did. We can’t let that happen again this year. This is the first presidential election with all mail-in ballots, so it’s more important than ever that our supporters ready to vote as early as possible.

Here’s what you need to know to vote:

Register To Vote or Update Your Registration:

Check your voter registration status online! 

If you need to register to vote or update your voter registration, do it today to ensure you’ll receive your ballot at your correct address as early as possible!

Important 2016 Election Dates:

  • Monday, October 17th – Last day to submit an application to register to vote through a voter registration drive. You can still register to vote or update your voter registration here. You can also register to vote or update your voter registration at Voter Service and Polling Centers through Election Day.
  • Monday, October 17th – Friday, October 21st – Ballots mailed to all active voters. Fill it out and return it right away!
  • Monday, October 24th – Select Voter Service and Polling Centers open for Early Voting.
  • Tuesday, November 1st – Last day to mail your ballot.
  • Tuesday, November 8th – ELECTION DAY! Return your ballot to a Voter Service & Polling Center or ballot drop-off box before 7:00pm MST.
